Burning Tree takes great pride in the family-oriented environment offered to the Membership. Each child who comes through the Burning Tree doors will enjoy various memorable activities throughout the year to celebrate and rejoice in each other's company.

All members are welcome to bring their children to the Club for holiday festivities, movie nights, and themed/educational activities. The Club provides a safe place to participate in a positive environment for Burning Tree's youngest members.

Don't miss out on the coloring supplies in the restaurant; ask your server for supplies!

YOUTH ACTIVITIES

Every 1st Thursday of the month!

The best family memories are made from laughter, playfulness, and being present when together! more

4:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Take a seat in front of the big screen where kids can indulge in popcorn, & and beverages while watching a movie, typically based on a theme.

6:30 PM - Showtime!

An opportunity for kids of all ages to try new things and express creativity in a supervised environment. Crafts vary throughout the year based on holidays, themes, and interests.

Youth Event attendees must follow guidelines regarding age and supervision communicated for each event (this may vary depending on the event).

Children are to be respectful of BTCC Staff, other children, and BTCC property. Rough play, disruptive yelling, or physicality of any sort with other children, BTCC Staff, or other actions deemed inappropriate by BTCC Staff is prohibited. If necessary, warnings will be given, parents will be notified, and privileges may be lost.

Most Youth Events state the event start and end time. Parents are responsible for noting these times and collecting their child(ren) at the end of an event so BTCC staff can clean up the space without further supervising their children. Movie Nights, for example, will always showcase their “run time.”

During the occurrence of Youth Events and large family events, the Kids' Playroom will not be available. Parents are to assume responsibility for their children during and after these events.

If Members (and/or their potential guests) do not pre-register for an activity/event, they must notify the appropriate staff working the event by signing in or providing their relevant information so that we may bill accordingly.

During larger Family Events (i.e., Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Boo Bash, etc.), parents must stay within an appropriate range of their child(ren). If certain areas of the club grounds are not part of the event’s festivities, these areas should be assumed as off-limits (i.e., Paddle courts) to ensure the safety of all.

KIDS' PLAYROOM

Our playroom is thoughtfully outfitted with a variety of engaging equipment and toys that promote constructive, social, and creative play. It also serves as a space to make children feel at home – a place where they can play individually or together in a calm, safe, and playful environment. The Kids' Playroom is located on the lower level of the Clubhouse, opposite to Golf Pro Shop’s internal entrance.

*Please read through our Playroom Policies (linked below) & sign the Waiver Form prior to making your reservation online.

We would like to remind Members that it is the responsibility of parents to instruct their children about the conduct and dress code permitted at Burning Tree, which will apply to the Kids’ Playroom as with all other Club amenities.
